The church needs to raise up Fathers

The church needs to raise up Fathers.

The church is busy at raising leaders, but Jesus came not so much to raise up leaders but to reveal the father.

Not the exact words but more or less what Philip Attmore said to me today.

Hide and Seek

It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings. (Pr 25:2)

What a wonderful occupation investigative science must be, to seek out the things that God has hidden, waiting to be discovered.  

Jesus says to us, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."

Perhaps the most important question to ask is not. "What did you do today?" but, "What did you find today?"
